Well lets consider this as we do have 3 permanent bans that have to do with relatively the same thing. Two could easily be weeded out as duplicate bans. As from what he has told me, there is also Toby's ban regarding "Last chance to learn how to RP", which are also duplicates.
So at most that would be 14 bans on the record that should count towards him int his instance. As for his defense toward them, It would be much easier for him to defend his bans than I could.
