Who cares though? Good roleplay is good roleplay.
Just because the gamemode has the name CityRP, it doesn't mean any other type of roleplays, which are not necessarily tied to City Roleplay, are not allowed.
You are free to create any type of roleplay you want as long as it is within bounds of the ruleset provided, and exactly that is the magic behind it.
