Make sure that your computer isn't working at %100(Open your task manager and check out the CPU and Memory percent) the solution for it is to close down some programs. If it isn't working at %100 then make sure your game cache is verified.(Right click on Garry's Mod in steam, click Properties-Local Files then click 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'. If you have too many addons unsubscribe from them and only install the FL addons. If all those don't work then go to properties again click 'Set Launch options' in 'General' then type in -dxlevel 85-90-95(only one of the numbers tho. Usually 95 works, just try all of them) If that doesn't work too then open up Garry's Mod-Options-Multiplayer and then set the custom content thing to 'Only Allow Map Files' or 'Do not allow any custom files' and install all the addons of FL from the workshop manually.
