From the video angrybob posted in reply, it does clearly seem like a mistake that occurred when angrybob attempted to set himself free from the player he was stuck in, and I see no proof to suggest there was any malicious intent behind his actions.
Therefore from what I can see there is no direct rule infringement in this scenario, thus denied.
