You may although it doesn't have anything to do with you breaking the rules. I'm not sure why I would fear for my life. I'm not the hostage or someone being threatened. I'm in no danger.

1. I did not break any rules, I never opened fire and 2. You should fear your life because you could've been shot too if the bullets reflected from the RV.
You shouldn't run into the rv where the guy is being held hostage as the hostage taker is telling you to back off.
