may ask though, what a delivery is doing in a hostage situation? just watching instead of fearing his life?

You may although it doesn't have anything to do with you breaking the rules. I'm not sure why I would fear for my life. I'm not the hostage or someone being threatened. I'm in no danger.

1. I did not break any rules, I never opened fire and 2. You should fear your life because you could've been shot too if the bullets reflected from the RV.
