I know about flakka too.
What I have explained to you is that we have to draw a line somewhere in order to make administration less complicated than it already is, otherwise we would be overwhelmed with issues that a high-realism environment brings. After all, this is a semi-realistic server so there are obviously going to be things that are 'unrealistic' in a sense.
I will be requesting an administrator to conclude unless you have anything else to add.
