NEW MAP

I personally feel like both V2D "sexy" and Pines are shit compared to V4B1 and V5P.

After also having played both maps on applejack with around 60 fps (with an i7 4790k, GTX 980TI and 16GB of RAM) with 5 players I'm worried that FPS will not be much better on V2D sexy nor Pines compared to V5P.

Honestly FPS shouldn't be too much of a factor between these two maps. Both maps will have poor FPS and that is fully down to the gamemode. Unless you guys want to play on flatgrass the map won't have much of an effect (most large maps are optimised well as they kinda have to)

Yeah, I've stated this in my previous posts on this thread which got buried:

"I feel like this whole "V5P is shit" issue would never have been an issue if the gamemode was actually more optimized. I wholeheartedly agree with Nevy that V4B1 and V5P would be completely superior maps if we would be able to get better FPS. 

Why not attempt to tackle the elephant in the room and just attempt to provide us with better FPS by optimizing the gamemode, rather than doing this trial and error with a new map that has a clear split in votes, leaving almost 50% of the community unsatisfied with a map change."
