Summary: Accused FearRP'ed as I attempted to pull him over. Unfortunately with the audio there is a big problem because the mic is for some reason delayed, however as you can see Aspire is in the clip and maybe he if willing to can provide proof that i did order him out the vehicle at the time he ran?
