Undercover Command

For the past few days I have been working on the undercover command which was requested by Tomo a while back. And after a long few hours of testing it is finally here.

Use when a officer and wants to go undercover. 
/undercover request

Use when your the sergeant and accept them.
Once accepted your job will be made "Undercover Police Officer" and job colour changed to citizen green.
/undercover accept <ID>

Use to deny a undercover request when sergeant.
/undercover deny <ID>
