Summary:
Well, I'm just gonna keep this short as the tape/video isn't very long either. The user who is being questioned which in this case is 'bertil-berra bang', has been found breaking rule number; 8.1 and 8.6 which both states:
8.1 Do not hostage players randomly, you need a good reason and your character style needs to fit the roleplay situation.
8.6 You are not allowed to hostage people in public. (i.e. our own base or in a dark deserted alley way.)
The player who is being questined broke these rules as he did not have a valid reason to take the unit to hostage and he took the unit to hostage at mainstreet as shown on the video down below.
