I believe the CDM was not exactly intentional, as he is breaking heavily before hitting you so I will disregard that statement. My issue lies with the fact a mechanic is breaking someone out of cuffs and failing to call for a Paramedic throughout the situation.
Reported user will receive a blacklist from Mechanic, Black market items and vehicles for 2 hours.
