I have a couple thigs to say why this is a bad idea. First off gun dealers and black market dealers will lose their jobs. Also contraband doesnt sound to good either because once you buy it from the npc it will be right by your feet and people will try to steal and kill for it. To solve this, when you buy contra it will be in your inventory. So the only thing that should be there is the contra npc.
