Reported user has been found guilty of mass RDM. There was no reason for the officer to use lethal force during that situation especially since the President wasn't playing the role of a Dictator at the time meaning extreme acts like the one shown in the video wouldn't be approved.
Reported user will receive a 2 hour blacklist from weapons.
