Firstly I would like to say the quality of the image you've provide is terrible, not to sure if it's just me. However your second to last law was something along the lines of "No muslims, arabics and any other race are allowed within the city", during this time my character was a black male who was impacted by this law as I've been kicked out of the city multiple times due to my race. I hide around the corner and watched you for a while and took my chance when I could and saw that the police had just left the city. The way I killed you was a complete accident, I was planning on taking you to somewhere more private so I could ask you under gunpoint to remove this law however as I turned around I hit you against the wall, my apologise for that.
