Your're expected to use common sense, you did not use the symbol as a reference to what it is, rather to a nazi symbol.

I will remove the pictures from your thread, if an administrator wishes to see the pictures, they can.

This is in no way harrastment, what you're doing is trying to find loopholes in order to break the rules.
