after discussing, We came to the conclusion.

Discovery Demoted rick for a invalid Reason, Rick was trying to figure out why a guy was running with a weapon in public.. If he just looked at him and saw "goverment worker" that would have been metagaming, which rick tried no to do.

Therefore

Report reviewed and approved

Closing notes:

[FL:RP] Discovery will be issued a 2 blacklist from President (n) for - Invalid reason to demote people as president
