Summary: I saw him running around with a tranquilizer and from the past experiences of him rdming and randomly tasing I started recording. The first event on the video shows him randomly taser a player then continues to pick his corpse up and kill him by slamming him against a bin. The second event shows him practically doing the same thing but with a tranq, right after he respawned. He went over to him as he spawned and did it again.
