Time in GMT: 12am and a 3 days ago at the 16am Time..
Summary: The first day i met him, he was rdm'ing every guy he saw. He is propblocking(No evidence) FailRP'ing and building in public. And yesterday i saw him trying to get up to pres with a WINCH and a chair but he died beacuse of that thing..

Its not so much evidence but it was the only thing i could get..
And he rejoined for hes car several times!
And here is a chair i found on the rode at tides!

All this happend on 1 day
And the 2 pictures at apartments was after me and sgt raided him when he was pres. Then we saw hes printers and hes propblock and i shot them trough wall. Then he came back as a cop and kill sgt then i killed him then he came back again and killed me..
