How to make Fearless great again

I find the biggest flaw in the server is the economy. After a couple hundred hours of playing, or a few dollars out of your real life wallet everything is handed to you on a silver platter. If I can farm 2 million dollars with absolutely no effort I kind of lose interest in the server as I now do not have to work towards anything. I can buy any gun, any car, anything off the market, and do whatever I want. Maybe switch the V2D server to an actual "Serious" RP. Make people struggle to survive, to buy food, to live etc. FL lately is just too boring.

The server has little to no passiveRP anymore. I don't see people building nightclubs, casinos, autoshows, food markets, seperate cities (The industrial days on V2D). This server is nothing more than screwing around and raiding. I really love FL, I have for the past few years and I haven't been able to find another RP server to fill its spot.

Whatever happen to days like this?
