Summary: Player did Powergame:
Randomly rans to me, tells me to face the wall,
cuffs me, warrants me and finally arrests me.
Warrant Reason was Reckless Driving even thought I used indicators.
I wasn't too fast and I completly didn't drive recklessly. I parked my car
and a bit after he suddenly came to me and yeah. Read above.
