Allow me to elaborate on the Veteran Tag for you, sir.
I used to be Jokhah, former administrator here at FL. When I was working here, the Veteran Tag was conceived and put into action. There are 3 rules for the Veteran Tag that are not written to the public for reasons unknown, probably because the rulings do not pretain to community members. As they are "private" I will alter them slightly, but retain the critical points of the three, so as to not violate ToS.
1: Administrator rank and above, moderators/teachers/contributors do not apply
2: Service history must be clear, without being removed from position through administrative action
3: User must maintain the standards of that of an administrator (I.E. They have to be a rule following player. Aka, they cannot INTENTIONALLY break the rules, ingame as well as on the forum)
I've gathered Agorith was removed from position, which instantly voided him of his Veteran Tag.
Now these rules are not always evenly applied, as there are vets who have violated, and non vets who didn't violate, however the tag means nothing other than for personal praise, and tends to lead to hate from anti-staff, and tons of questions and demands from other users, so in my experience it's best to not have the tag.
Hope this answer was clear enough for you.
Sincerely,
Old Man Jokhah
