Summary: Randomly opened fire on officers, killed all but me, he ran into a gun shop where the gun dealer killed him. He then killed someone at the BP station as well (Lots of RDM
Evidence: I got there a little late, but here he is in the Gun shop dead :3

You could also ask anyone online at the time, like BwS, (Ill Edit more names later as I get them)
This probably has no relation (It might..) But after I threatened with a Ban Req. he left, and the server came under a DDoS attack... probably unrelated though, its attacked all the time
