I don't know if anybody else has noticed the same thing but it's becoming increasingly difficult to sell anything, this is most likely because people don't have much money to spare (no thanks to all these new cars :3). A little boost to the in-game economy such as adding the ability for citizens to grow weed could help in the long term.
