Summary: I load into the server and begin to walk across the road. I am then hit with a tranquilizer dart only seconds after spawning in and then run inside the bank to hide. While unconscious, I notice a mechanic with a tranquilizer behind a car. I check the scoreboard and notice that it is Twitzoh. I head round cub avenue to get a better look but he appears to have moved on.
a. He should not be using a tranquilizer in the first place as a mechanic
b. He had no reason to tranquilize myself.
