Hello Falc.

You will have to delete messages.
When you are in your PM section, it will say; X%   of PM space used. 

Deleting messages should solve your issue. Your PM inbox is simply full.

(Private Messages > Manage Folders)

If that does not work, I don't know the issue.. Deleting folders worked for me though.
