The fact is this, your arrest reason is not valid not even considering your RP reason. You're the police sergeant and when they're isn't a President your job is to enforce the permalaws not invent your own for reasons to arrest someone you don't like, and that's exactly what you did. There is loads of evidence here against you; Propminging, Propclimbing, Proppushing, RDM and RDA.
