This isn't a bug.
Sometimes admins can post somethings that are meant to be private input among the admins.
Kind of like an admin chat in the thread, usually to comment on something for the team to notify, rather than the public.
In this case it was an AA case. But it can happen anywhere, usually in the courthouse.
It can also be deleted posts, that actually exist in the system, but regular users can't see them anymore.
