Thread Title: Leaving a server to avoid being arrested, using guns as gundealer, trying to kill me with no reason

Summary: First of all, he was randomly using guns on me as a gun dealer trying to kill me, then after I killed him he then came back (NLR breaking) and tryed to use Melee Weapon on me, I tazed him and handcuffed him. While I was typing the Warrant he left the server and then came back.
Evidence:: I dont know if this is enough evidences, pm me on server or just contact me through steam : martinkordi
