There's a couple of things you can do for the future:
1. You can do it ingame by doing '/getid (name)' (I believe this only works if player is ingame)
2. You can use the FearlessRP Website SteamID finder: http://www.fearlessrp.net/misc.php?page=steamid
3. And lastly you can do status in console and manually find his name, it'll say his steam Id next to it.
