Just to clear this up, it doesn't matter if you are on the server or not. As soon as you buy the donator pack the clock ticks down for 90 days (3 months) and then expires at the end of that period.
However you keep the following perks after the donator status expires:
75 slots extra inventory space, Access to the Strategic Response Unit jobs & $100,000 (100k) added to your in-game wallet.
