Summary:
I was standing next to the park bench where the accused player along with the Vice President Syystole, where he drove into myself and another Citizen then D/C'd by user.
Rules broken are in relation to CDM and FailRP on the Vice President's half as he did do absolutely nothing about it, laughed then ran off without calling a paramedic.
