I just read over the post again, how come Nighthawkd was allowed to review the post even when the poster asked if Nighthawkd could please not review it because Nighthawkd would have obvious bias. Also I find it weird that Nighthawkd reviewed this case 7 minutes after it was posted as if he'd been waiting for the post to come out. Just my two cents.

(Nighthawkd, I am not accusing you of trying to hide evidence of Hitman rule breaking, I am simply observing the situation and commenting, which I am allowed to do on a discussion thread.)

People complain when the admins take too long to respond to player reports, now we complain if they respond too quickly?

I have no comment as to whether or not he should have responded to Dan's because I don't know staff policies on that.

He warned you for your post because you have nothing to add to the discussion, you are derailing the discussion, and you need to stop bringing up the same issue over and over and over again.

Thanks for your observation as I did not see that another player was dealt with soon after. Like I said I am not accusing him of anything I am just stating my observation.

It was an observation not a complaint.

He warned you for your post because you have nothing to add to the discussion

That post was simply telling him that if you post about a denied ban request in the discussion forum you have the chance of getting your post locked.

I was not derailing the discussion I was adding to it by pointing out a few things.

and you need to stop bringing up the same issue over and over and over again.

Not sure which issue I was repeating.
