I just read over the post again, how come Nighthawkd was allowed to review the post even when the poster asked if Nighthawkd could please not review it because Nighthawkd would have obvious bias. Also I find it weird that Nighthawkd reviewed this case 7 minutes after it was posted as if he'd been waiting for the post to come out. Just my two cents.
