I believe it is OK if the president or someone with authority over the SRU tells them they should patrol.
Evocity is riddled with crime, and if the president feels the need to have SRU out in the streets to prevent crime I don't see how that is bad.
Many butthurt people like to make stupid complaints about everything you do, as long as you read the rules and know what is right and wrong you should ignore them unless they are a teacher or whatever else.
