I need the fully customisable deluxe package + aggressive price. - I'm looking for a house type base with a garage underneath - two story high building with stairs inside the garage. I've attempted to build this myself however I've failed miserably. I need a 16x16 base, walled off with 3x8 walls. A second floor consisting of the same format as the bottom floor. I need a ramp leading from inside the garage up to the second floor with a keypad door at the top of the ramp. With the garage I want one 3x8 wall to open to allow vehicles to pass into it, I want the door to be keybad activiated and for it to stand on a pole outside the garage to allow us to access it. As for the materials, realistic looking materials such as wood would be okay however a modern looking house would be awesome. For the second floor the design can be open plan. I want this base to be legally unraidable, so without breaking any double door rules. I want this to be a legal doom fort.
