Unfortunatly there is not enough evidence for Ghost Rider to show that he was basing aggresively , yes he had a fading door but that is all we know.
However Levi has been issued with a two hour weapons blacklist for violating rule 18.1 the rule states that they are reserved for passive RP and the evidence you have provided shows Levi pointing a firearm at you and telling you to "get out" Which is deffinatly not passive thus violating the rule.
