Reasons: he was shooting joeveryold who was already in cuffs so random shooting and probably lucky he didn't kill, i even got shot by him.
Then he spammed taze on him.
Then after he got demoted he came strait into nexus again and tried to get to the labs
I stopped him with taze and cuffs and got a warrant
but just as I got warrant he reconnected to avoid it
