PC Part List choice

So I am currently saving to buy myself a computer, this computer should be able to run game

on high or maximum settings, I am looking obviously play Garry's Mod and other games such as Grand Theft Auto, CS:GO and many more!
I would like the community's opinion on my choice of parts and if there are any changes I can make

 so that I can save myself some money.
I am on a budget of £1,000 -£1,300
With my build I am looking at £1,036.76 without the monitors and 
then I am looking at £1,297.52 with the monitors.
