I think another addition that would be neat would be to allow use of chat/voice when injured. On top of that we could add a randomized chance of you going unconscious after being struck and this would in return cause blurred/darkened vision and restrict chat/voice. That way if someone is hit by a car and isn't knocked out they can actually make an emergency call rather than rely on an observer who usually doesn't have the IQ to do that
