I would like new rethinking of the way we do official clans. Currently every official clan has a staff member as founder which is for me fine, however I think it's so selective to have official clans and unofficial clans. For my point of view, the idea of an unofficial clan seems weird to me, because why should anyone decide why should anyone decide what's official when we are talking about IC. S.A.A is just like Weyland-Yutani Corporation depending on the government and who they hire. OOC shouldn't decide the agenda for what is and what's not official as long as they follow the rules of the server.
So what about official clan's own subforum, should every clan then their own subforum? No, they shouldn't. However what we should do instead is letting the size of the clan matters. Let's say that you need 15 active members (I have no idea what the best number is and think it should be to the staff to decide) to get your own subforum. If we appoint a SA to the matters of clans (which I thnk we should) then you as a clan can send a message to this SA saying "Hello we have 15 active members on our clanthread and we would like to apply for our own subforum". Then the clan and the SA decide the time and place were the 15 active members then arrive on the server and if the number is accounted for are on it. (also you're members should have atleast 30 hours, before their membership counts) Then a clan get's their own subforum in the "Big Clans Thread" or whatever you would call it.
Point out any problems with my idea so I might be able to reform them.
