It's broken for most people, I think it's server-side, it was working fine yesterday.
EDIT: Heres the error that floods my console with the weapon out:
[ERROR] gamemodes/cityrp_www.fearlessrp.net_2014_2875/entities/weapons/cw_base/cl_calcview.lua:30: attempt to index a nil value

I had this while on V2D, haven't tried it out on V33x
2nd EDIT: I fixed it by downloading the weapon content packs and downloading CW 2.0, remember to restart gmod after.
