Reason: They say: "Random stealing a police car." but I asked some officers (in role) and al of them didn't listen to me or agreed, so I (as a drunk person) thought is was OK.
Involved: Some people on the server and the owner of the car.
Why we should unban you: I was roleplaying with my (In game) wife. We came from a party and I was drunk.
She was trying to get me home and I tried to calm down a police car with sirenes beceause I thought the car was afraid of something. 
Then, I saw another car. So I decided to bring it to the scared car to make it calm down. 
That was the moment I got shot by the SRU, and only a few minutes later, I got banned!
