CityRP Update "Red Alert"

Hello everyone,
A big update is coming in parts this week and eventually the next week. This update includes a lot of new stuff and features to improve CityRP at it's best.
The "Red Alert" update contains:

• An improved HUD
  
• A better notification system
  
• New Emergency Vehicles
  
• RV Van
  
• Emergency Lights & Siren
  
• Presidental update ( Lockdown, Warrants )
  
• More realistic messages ( IC names instead of OOC )
  
• Mechanic Job
  
• A Mystery
  
• And a lot of bugfixes
  

These updates will happen trough the next 2 weeks. When a update is done, it will appear green. It also is possible more updates will be added then listed here.
