Officers in real life may ask you to exit the vehicle as well without explaining what you did wrong. When you refused to abide to the officers command, he was forced to draw his firearm and order you again. You broke fearRP here. You refused warning after warning, command after command. There's no point discussing IRL laws and etc, but the facts are that you broke fearRP. FearRP is probably the most common ban-reason and you could easily have avoided this ban by abiding to fearRP when he pointed his gun at you.
I don't have to warn you before I ban you. I saw blatant rulebreakage where you got enough chances.
