Hello there. I have 2 questions.
• What is the reason to stole someones car using crowbar(lock picker)? Is it possible to sell it or etc?
• Is it possible to place props that they will stay for a long time. Or is it a necessary to build environment each time I connecting the server?

• You need a good roleplay reason to lockpick a car. No you can't sell it. You only can sell your own car here on the page or to the system for 50% of the original price.
  
  
• You have your building/props only until you leave the server. If you crashed you have like 3-5 minutes to join again until the props are gone.
