Summary: I was chasing a man for waving his gun in public, as a pre-caution I had my screen recorder turned on, and when I had him cuffed I just figured "Well, I've got him now, might aswell turn the recording off" But then, after I called for a warrant, he decided to disconnect, as shown by the screenshot below
