How you cheated the clan system:
OPENING A CLAN:
*Atleast 3 members required to register as an official clan.
*Clan thread must have some describing text to it.
*Restarting clans that have been shut down can only be done with decent background RP and FL staff approval.
Changed your name but the same members plus Oligarchy Syndicate, so you could therefore bypass that rule.

You remade your clan two weeks later with a different name and added all the old Oligarchy Syndicate guys.
