Hmmm, I believe this is an issue on your side. I'm not guaranteeing anything but if you go to CToungerogram Files/Steam/SteamApps/Common/garrysmod/GarrysMod/settings then locate the bz2 file and delete it. I'm not guaranteeing anything but that's my guess.
