Server joining issues.

I myself run on a pretty sub-standard machine where I occasionally time out the first time. What I have done to help fix the problem is: Turn off downloading server content in Options > Multiplayer. Then when you join the server, spam the click button, or if allowed for joining the server only, use an auto clicker. I don't know if this is allowed so don't quote me on it. These things helped me and still do, might seem a bit barmy, but it works for me!
